Wholesale Scented Candles
Fragranced candles for retail, gifting and home-fragrance brands — available as wholesale stock or a private label program.
Overview
Scented candles are the biggest category we make, and the one with the most decisions packed into it. Fragrance load, wax base, wick type, vessel shape — each choice changes how the candle burns and how it smells in someone's living room, not just on paper. We work in soy wax, paraffin blends and coconut-soy blends, and we'll walk you through the trade-offs before you commit to a spec.
Fragrance strength is usually the first thing buyers get wrong. A candle that smells strong straight out of the box can go flat after twenty minutes of burning, and one that smells subtle cold can fill a room once it's lit. We test fragrance load against burn performance before we lock a formula, not after.
Soy, Paraffin, or a Blend?
Soy wax burns cooler and holds fragrance oil well, which is why most of our retail and gifting clients ask for it — it also lets you market the candle as plant-based. Paraffin throws scent harder and costs less, which matters if you're competing on shelf price. A soy-paraffin or soy-coconut blend splits the difference: better scent throw than pure soy, cleaner burn than pure paraffin. We'll recommend a base once we know your price point and how you're positioning the product.
Who Orders Scented Candles From Us
Retail stores and gift shops buying a ready-made range to put on shelves. Home-fragrance brands building their first, or fifth, collection under private label. Importers testing a new market before committing to a full container. If you already work with a fragrance house, we can pour to their oils; if you don't, we have a working library to start from.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I supply my own fragrance oils?
Yes — send your supplier's spec sheet and we'll confirm compatibility with our wax and wick setup.
Do you offer unscented versions of the same candle?
Yes, dropping fragrance is one of the simpler changes to make to an existing spec.
Can I mix fragrances in one order?
Usually yes — ask when you request your quote, since minimums can vary by fragrance.
What's the difference between wholesale and private label here?
Wholesale means our existing formulas and packaging. Private label means your fragrance, vessel and branding choices from the start.
