Privacy Policy
How AsterCandle collects, uses and protects the information you share with us. Last updated: October 2, 2026.
Who We Are
This website, astercandle.co.id, is operated by PT Anugrah Rejeki Jaya, a candle manufacturer based at Jalan Kunir No. 16, Kel. Krembangan Selatan, Kec. Krembangan, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60175, Indonesia ("AsterCandle", "we", "us"). We serve business buyers: importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and hospitality brands. You can reach us at pt.arja.office@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +62 851-0011-9018.
Information We Collect
When you send an inquiry through our Contact page, we collect what you type into the form: your full name, company name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, the type of order you are interested in, product category, estimated quantity, preferred Incoterm, and your message.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you send, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Like most websites, our web hosting and security tools may log technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and the site has no user accounts or comments.
How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotations and samples.
- To manage orders, shipping and export documentation if you place an order.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who Receives Your Information
Inquiries sent through the Contact form are stored in our website's database and emailed to our business email inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes technical data on our behalf.
When you load our pages, your browser also fetches fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We share information with logistics partners, customs brokers or similar service providers only when needed to fulfil an order you have placed.
Because these providers operate in different countries, your information may be processed outside Indonesia and outside your own country.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of functional cookies set by our website builder (for example, session and page-view counters) and a session cookie needed for the site and its form to work. We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or visitor-analytics tools on this site. If that changes, we will update this page.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, manage any business relationship that follows, and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. If you would like us to delete your details sooner, contact us and we will consider your request.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email pt.arja.office@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including spam and request-forgery protection on our form. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
Our site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
